BRAVE CALIFORNIA COPS UNLEASH ATTACK DOG  ON WOMEN AND BABIES THEN SHOOT AT THEM   
THEN ATTEMPTED TO BUY CELLPHONES FROM   BYSTANDERS  WHO CAPTURED  VIDEO OF THE ATROCITY

IN THE WAKE OF PROTESTS AFTER  UNARMED MAN IS SHOT IN THE BACK AND KILLED FOR RUNNING FROM POLICE
The officer reportedly shot the unarmed man in the back and then told him to put his hands behind his back before they shot him execution style in the head. Later during a protest Anaheim police fired multiple rounds of rubber bullets into a crowd of women and children, then sicced a dog on a mother and her child before attempting to collect the video evidence shot by bystanders. However, instead of confiscating the video as cops are notorious for doing, they attempted to buy peoples cellphones.  This is a new low even for our American Police State! The citizens apparently refused because at least one video made it's way to KCAL-TV. The citizens were protesting against the murder of an  unarmed neighborhood  man by police.
