BRUTAL PEPPER SPRAY INCIDENT AT UC DAVIS WILL COST THE UNIVERSITY MILLION $$$ DAMAGE SETTLEMENT
The University of California has reached a $1 million settlement with 21 protesters at UC Davis who were pepper-sprayed by campus police thugs at a student demonstration last November.The pepper spray police used on UC Davis protesters is one of the strongest and most damaging available forms of pepper spray. The incident sparked a nationwide outcry after video was posted online showing a campus police lieutenant repeatedly pepper-spraying students in the face from only a few feet away as they sat on the ground. The settlement includes a $30,000 payout to each of those who were sprayed, attorneys’ fees, and a formal apology from UC Davis Chancellor Linda Katehi. It seems that instead of having to settle expensive lawsuits the university would spend their money to hire cops with half a brain instead of retarded bullies.
