DHS CONSIDERS YAWNING A "SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY"
The New Jersey Dept. of Homeland Security lists yawning, staring and goose bumps as “suspicious activity” indicative of terrorism. Characterizing behavior which all humans engage in every day as a potential indication of terrorism only serves to breed paranoia and distrust. If anything, it actually helps terrorists to blend in and not be identified, by increasing the chances exponentially of innocent Americans being mistaken for terrorists. The document (PDF) entitled Terrorism Awareness and Prevention, is promoted as a guide for all employees of federal, state and local agencies and the ever vigilent “residents and workers of New Jersey,” on how to “assist in combating terrorism” by identifying “unusual or suspicious activities and behaviors.”
Here's a partial list of things the DHS considers traits of the dreaded terrorist:
1) wide open flashbulb eyes 2) trance like gaze 3) yawning 4) repeated touching of face 5) head turning 6) goose bumps 7) minimal body movements and arms close to sides OR too much body movement e.g. fidgeting 8) and of coarse protruding neck arteries
EXHIBITING ANY OR ALL OF THESE TERRORISTIC BEHAVIORS WILL ALERT THE EVER STALWART GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES TO DROP DOWN ON YOU LIKE A PIANO FALLING FROM THE TENTH FLOOR
