SUPREME COURT OK'S WARRENTLESS HOME INVASIONS 
The U.S. Supreme Court just took a huge chunk out of the 4th Amendment in saying that police can raid homes without a warrant even if "exigent circumstances" are created by the police themselves!  If the cops hear any movement on make the claim of an incriminating smell inside your home they will kick down your door, point a gun to your head, and search your house without any probable cause and no warrant! This sets up a dreadful situation which will be abused regularly by law enforcement. It lets them create yet another situation where they may avoid oversight, by creating their own exigent circumstances, then using that as an excuse for avoiding a warrant or required oversight or  limitations.
Justice Ginsburg's dissent is compelling. She notes that "Home intrusions, the Court has said, are indeed 'the chief evil against which the Fourth Amendment protects us from." Her dissent points out that exigent circumstances are only supposed to be used in very rare circumstances when getting a warrant is not possible or practical. So it seems positively ridiculous to claim that such a home invasion is acceptable under the 4th Amendment. This is a tragically bad ruling by the Supreme Court that will have massive and deadly consequences. We already have law enforcement pushing the boundaries of individual privacy rights, and now they have even more tools to take that further. Many law abiding citizens  will  be slain by police  in the coming years because of this ruling. One can only hope that a disproportionate number of so-called law enforcement officers will be killed to offset the deplorable and inevitable loss of innocent lives. These victims will be guilty of nothing more than protecting the sanctity of their homes and loved ones during these corrupt and unconstitutional home invasions, perpetrated by the very institutions we pay to protect us.

WARRENTLESS HOME INVASION BY FEDERAL MARSHALLS TERRORIZES 59YR OLD FLORIDA NURSE
    SARASOTA - Louise Goldsberry was washing dishes after dinner when she looked through her kitchen window to see a man “wearing a hunting vest.” and  aiming a gun at her face, with a red laser pinpointing her forehead. "I screamed and screamed,” she said. But she also scrambled across the floor to her bedroom and grabbed her gun, a five-shot .38-caliber revolver. Goldsberry has a concealed weapons permit and says the gun has made her feel safer living alone. But she felt anything but safe when she heard a man yelling to open the door. He was claiming to be a police officer, but the man she had seen looked to her more like an armed thug. Her boyfriend, was calmer, and yelled back that he wanted to see some ID. But the man just demanded they open the door. The actual words, the couple say, were, “We're the fucking police; open the fucking door.” They cautiously moved away from the door, afraid bullets were about to rip through. Goldsberry was terrified but thinking it just might really be the police. Except, she says she wondered, would police talk that way? She had never been arrested or even come close. She couldn't imagine why police would be there or want to come in. But even if they did, why would they act like that at her apartment? It didn't seem right. Then, to the couple's horror as Goldsberry huddled in the hallway with gun in hand the invaders crashed through the front door. A man edged around the corner and pointed a gun in their face and a fiercely bright light at them, and yelled “Drop the fucking gun or I'll fucking shoot you,” he shouted, then said it again and again! The two were handcuffed and frogmarched into the street while proclaiming they were American citizens and this was a travesty. They remained handcuffed on the curb, in front of their neighbors, for half an hour, as their apartment was ransacked. The Federal Marshalls eventually claimed to be looking for a man who wasn't there, never had been, and who was totally unknown to them. They were shown his picture. Then they were uncuffed ,the police left, no apology, lucky to be alive.

Police Documents Reveal Mass Tracking: In Your Car!
 The ACLU say's automatic license plate readers are the most widespread location tracking technology you’ve probably never heard of. Mounted on patrol cars or stationary objects like bridges light poles, or the entrance to your  condo. They snap photos of every passing car, recording their plate numbers, times and locations. All of this data is being fed into massive databases that contain the location information of many millions of innocent Americans stretching back for months or even years.  After analyzing more than 26,000 pages of documents from police departments in cities and towns across the country, the ACLU has obtained through freedom of information requests this horrific violation of privacy. Because of the way the technology works  these devices snap photos of every passing car, not just those registered to people suspected of crimes, virtually all of the data license plate readers gather is about people who are completely innocent. Data that we obtained through our records requests illustrates this point vividly. License plate reader information can be very revealing. While one snapshot at one point might not seem sensitive, as blankets of plate readers cover our streets, and as the government stores data for longer and longer, the technology quickly morphs into a powerful tracking tool. Police and the government now envision the future not just where there are a few license plate reader cameras in every town, but one in which there are multiple cameras on every block. What can location data reveal about people? Trips to places of worship, political protests, or gun ranges can be powerful indicators of people’s beliefs. Is it really the government’s business how often you go to the drug store or liquor store, what doctors you visit, and the identities of your friends? I’m sure all of us can remember something from our past that could embarrass us. If the government comes to suspect you of something in 2020, should it have access to databases stretching back years that could dig up facts about you that previously went unnoticed?  The government doesn’t have a great track record of using this kind of information responsibly. As our report details, the data can be abused for official purposes, like spying on protesters merely because they are exercising their constitutionally protected right to petition the government, or unofficial ones, like tracking an ex-spouse. Prior to the rise of powerful surveillance technology, it simply wasn’t possible to watch all of the people all of the time. But as these natural limits erode and the impossible becomes possible, we have to make conscious choices about how technology should be used.

California Issues Digital License Plates With Ads and WIFI
   

An advertising company in San Francisco is hoping to bring advertising  and tracking capabilities with iPAD type digital license plates in California. All the money would go to the state to enable better tracking and more advertising.  And as an extra added bonus your plate would keep drivers  alerted to any messages from  the government or even President Obama with it's ever vigilant WIFI / GPS  connection. For your safety and piece of mind, it also tracks you wherever you go. State Senate Bill 806 has  created aprogram to outfit 160,000 cars with computer screen license plates slightly larger than an iPad. Produced by a San Francisco based private company called SmartPlate. Supporters of the measure said the digital plate would look similar to the current plate, but it would also be able to register Fastrak tolls and display Amber Alerts and advertising (in full color) to other drivers in real time. SmartPlate's insistent lobbying effort say's turning your license plate into a billboard will  generate money for the government and for their company. In other words your license plate will be connected to an automated control grid and sent any propaganda the government sees fit.  The Electronic Frontier Foundation, a San Francisco-based digital privacy group, opposes the idea saying it doesn’t protect a driver’s location and personal information. “Law enforcement needs a warrant to be able to put a tracking device on your car. The way this program could be implemented, these smart plates would be that tracking device,” said staff attorney Nate Cardozo. These computerized plates would also be extremely vulnerable  to  malicious hacking, being readily accessible and with  WIFI  capabilities. Chalk up one more for our CORPOCRATIC POLICE STATE!

Government Will Track Every Financial Transaction You Make
  

Obama's latest incarnation straight out of the Orwellian Ministry of Truth is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau < oxymoron. His new agency is looking to create a "Google Earth" of every financial transaction of every American, Sen. Mike Enzi (R-WY) warned  in a Senate speech. "The bill  that created the new bureau known as CFPB was supposed to be about regulating Wall Street. Instead, it's creating a Google Earth on every financial transaction. That's right, the government will be able to see every detail of your finances any time ,without your knowledge. Your permission is not needed," Sen. Enzi said. "They can even look right down to the tiny details of the time and place where you pulled cash out of an ATM," Enzi warned. And, there's nothing you can do about it, since Americans don't have the ability to "opt out" or prohibit the government from collecting their personal financial data, Enzi said: "You can't tell them to stay out of your records. It's not possible. If your data is being collected, you do not have the option to opt out. Nor, does the CFPD need any kind of permission from you to gather your personal information."

Department of Agriculture  is studying food shopping patterns that may form the basis of future shopping "interventions".The study will focus on designing a food shopping curriculum because the government thinks you're to stupid to shop for yourself. ”Yes, that's right, Obama's collection of ne'er-do-wells and misfits over at the USDA will now attach a GPS to your ass and follow you while you shop at the grocery store or dine at a restaurant so researchers can conduct an "objective measure of the food environment." The study's primary director Prof. Alison Gustafson tells CNS News, “A lot of the work is on proximal deterrents and things that are close to you that would bring you to a store. For example, shopping venues that are in a person’s travel pattern. In their daily route, they may pass certain types of food establishments.“ The GPS will help us map out a travel pattern, the geographic space and the number of food venues in this space. As well as the type of grocery stores, gas stations or super centers,” Gustafson said. Gustafson explains, “The intervention that we will likely write another grant for, is so you change your shopping habits.

Microsoft envisions the prospect of “big data tools and cloud-powered enterprise apps” empowering workers with “sources ranging from vast databases to real-time data, culled from environmental sensors on street corners to chips  embedded in the pavement and throughout your home and in your smartphone,” technologies that “should allow workers and government  agencies along with law enforcement to more quickly derive insights, collaborate with one another and come to decisions.” At the heart of Microsoft's version of OZ will be a  massive and unprecedented  surveillance  and tracking monstrosity much more Orwellian than the system Microsoft built for New York City. Microsoft's idea of the perfect city is one where everyone knows exactly what everyone else is doing in real time. Privacy and human dignity will be traded for economics and security. Every time you leave your driveway an app on your smartphone will track in the name of efficiency and security. For example if you speed or take the wrong route you'll be warned you're using too much fuel etc. The problem is that the Authorities will also be informed in real time of any deviations from what the Authorities and Microsoft deem allowable. At home all your appliances will monitor you. Starting with your Smartmeter and refrigerator down to how many times you flush your toilet. Microsoft  has announced eight customers  so far: Zhengzhou and Hainan Province, both in China; Auckland, New Zealand; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Hamburg, Germany; Manchester, England; Moscow, Russia; and Philadelphia, the only U.S. city to sign up so far.

While the Insider Threat Program mandates that the nearly 5 million federal workers and contractors undergo training in recognizing suspicious behavior indicators, it allows individual departments and agencies to extend the requirement to their entire workforces, something the Army already has done.  Obama has ordered this even though the government’s own top scientific advisers have questioned these techniques. Those experts say that trying to predict future acts through behavioral monitoring is unproven and could result in illegal ethnic and racial profiling and privacy violations. “There is no consensus in the relevant scientific community nor on the committee regarding whether any behavioral surveillance or physiological monitoring techniques are ready for use at all,” concluded a 2008 National Research Council report on detecting terrorists. The offices of a Dallas law firm representing a high-profile State Department whistleblower were broken into last weekend. Burglars stole three computers and broke into the firm's file cabinets. But silver bars, video equipment and other valuables were left untouched, according to local Fox affiliate KDFW, which aired security camera footage of the suspected burglars entering and leaving the offices around the time of the incident. The firm Schulman & Mathias represents Aurelia Fedenisn, a former investigator at the State Department's Office of the Inspector General. In recent weeks, she raised a slew of explosive allegations against the Obama's State Department and its contractors ranging from illicit drug use, soliciting sexual favors from minors and prostitutes and sexual harassment. It's a crazy, strange and suspicious situation," attorney Cary Schulman told The Cable. "It's clear to me that it was somebody looking for information and not money. My most high-profile case right now is the Aurelia Fedenisn case, and I can't think of any other case where someone would go to these great lengths to get our information." According to the KDFW report, the firm was the only suite burglarized in the high-rise office building and an unlocked office adjacent was left untouched.

 AFP - Fugitive intelligence leaker Edward Snowden said the NSA operates a broad secret spying partnership with Germany which is  now publicly complaining about the same spying it secretly condones. Snowden said an NSA department known as the Foreign Affairs Directorate coordinated work with foreign secret services. Snowden say's partnerships are organized so that authorities in other countries can "insulate their political leaders from the backlash" if it becomes public and "how grievously they're violating global privacy," he said. The interview was conducted by US cryptography expert Jacob Appelbaum and documentary filmmaker Laura Poitras using "encrypted emails shortly before Snowden became known globally for his whistleblowing. Claims about widespread US spying on Western partners has sparked uproar among European allies in particular and threatened to derail talks on the world's largest free-trade zone due to start Monday. The unfortunate truth is, NSA has the leaders of these countries in their back pockets. All the complaining by German and other heads of state is just an act to appease the masses and continue the charade. Promoting the pretense of privacy and personal freedom is an essential element of the global effort by the creeping elitist fascism, funded by international banking cartels, that is slowly engulfing our planet. If world leaders are not held accountable to the highest moral and legal standards the term 'private' will be relegated to the annuls of history. With an extensive portfolio of so-called 'creative advertising', BBDO focuses on "every kind of creative content that can touch the consumer and reinforce the brand. Audiva is the German company responsible for the actual manufacturing of these devices. BBDO Germany said it had had a positive response to tests using prototype transmitters placed in public transport in Munich and Aachen. "If our customer Sky Deutschland agrees, we will start with the new medium as quickly as possible," spokesman Ulf Brychcy told the BBC. "At present, this is limited to the German market. From his prison cell John Kiriakou has  written an open letter to Edward Snowden, the NSA whistleblower who has confirmed what most had feared, that our government is spying on the whole world, carte blanche. In a letter dated June 13, the imprisoned CIA vet salutes Snowden for his recent disclosures of classified documents detailing some of the vast surveillance programs operated by the United States’ N.ational S.ecurity A.gency.
“Thank you for your revelations of government wrongdoing over the past week,” Kiriakou writes. “You have done the country a great public service.” “I know that it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders right now, but as Americans begin to realize that we are devolving into a police state, with the loss of civil liberties that entails, they will see your actions for what they are: heroic.
Before Kiriakou pleaded guilty to one count of passing classified information to the media last year, the government charged him under the Espionage Act of 1917. He has equated the prosecution as retaliation for his own past actions, saying the charge was the result of exposing truths about the George W. Bush administration’s use of waterboarding and nine other forms of torture as  interrogation tools during his presidency. As in the case of Snowden, Kiriakou’s supporters have hailed him as a whistleblower , not a common criminal. Kiriakou goes on to encourage Snowden toward garnering support within members of Congress and other institutions capable of calling attention to his case, such as the American Civil Liberties Union. Before he concludes, however, he bestows on Snowden what he calls “the most important advice I can offer.”
“DO NOT, under any circumstances, cooperate with the FBI,” Kiriakou warns Snowden. “FBI agents will lie, trick and deceive you. They will twist your words and play on your patriotism to entrap you. They will pretend to be people they are not — supporters, well-wishers and friends — all the while wearing wires to record your out-of-context statements to use against you. The FBI is the enemy; it’s a part of the problem, not the solution.

Two women have filed suit, claiming they were forced by Texas Storm Troopers to undergo embarrassing body cavity searches right on the side of the road when stopped for speeding.  Trooper then claims he smells pot. Other male  law enforcement officers arrive to help and a female trooper is called to do cavity search's. The lesbian Storm Trooper tells the women ''We're about to get up close and personal with your womanly parts"! Then more Troopers arrive for the roadside show. The women claim the female trooper did not change her gloves between vaginal / anal finger insertions and they didn't like the language she used while performing her intrusions. DPS says the department's inspector general immediately conducted an internal (no pun intended) investigation. Trooper Jennie Bui was terminated a few days ago, trooper Nathaniel Turner (one of the gawkers) is now suspended. The women are claiming physical pain and mental anguish. So to sum it up two young women get stopped for speeding, cop smells pot, cop calls lesbian cop to scene, calls his buddies to come watch, lesbian cop gets her jollies, male cops get a good laugh. No harm done, except it will end up costing the taxpayers in Texas several million dollars before it's finished. And the cops that get fired or suspended will  either get reinstated after a lengthy  vacation (with back pay,of coarse), or will saunter down the road to the next town and be gratefully hired by a different  scumbag police department.

The top-secret PRISM program allows the U.S. intelligence community instant and real time  access from nine Internet companies to a wide range of digital information, including e-mails, all internet credit card transactions, Skype conversations and stored data of any and all kinds, in the US and the whole world. The program is court-approved but does not require individual warrants. Instead, it operates under a broader authorization from federal judges who oversee the use of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). Some documents describing the program were first released by The Washington Post on June 6. The newly released documents below give additional details about how the program operates, including the levels of review and supervisory control at the NSA and FBI. The documents also show how the program interacts with the Internet companies. After communications information is acquired, the data are processed and analyzed by specialized systems that handle voice, text, video, pictures and "digital network information" that includes the locations of the messages, who sent the message and unique device signatures.

No reasonable suspicion,” said Thomas Drake, who worked unsuccessfully for years to report privacy violations and massive waste at the agency to his superiors and Congress.

Currently, there’s nothing to stop anyone with malicious intent and some ­computer-programming skills from taking command of your vehicle. After gaining access, a hacker could control everything from which song plays on the radio to whether the brakes work. It gets worse. In a paper that’s due to be published later this year, those same researchers remotely take control of an unnamed vehicle through its telematics system. They also demonstrate that it’s  possible to hack a car with malware embedded in an MP3 and with code transmitted over a Wi-Fi connection. Such breaches are possible because the dozens of  independently operating computers on modern vehicles are all connected through an in-car communications network known as a controller-area-network bus, or CAN bus. Even though vital systems such as the throttle, brakes, and steering are on a separate part of the network that’s not directly connected to less secure infotainment and diagnostic systems, the two networks are so entwined that an entire car can be hacked if any single component is breached.

Nine Companies Tied To PRISM And Obama Will Be Smacked With Class-Action Lawsuit
Former Justice Department prosecutor Larry Klayman amended an existing lawsuit against Verizon, Obama  and a slew of Obama's top henchmen to make it the first class-action lawsuit in response to  the publication of a secret court order instructing Verizon to unconstitutionally hand over the phone records of millions of American customers on an "ongoing, daily basis." with no probable cause or warrant. Klayman told U.S. News he will file a second class-action lawsuit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia targeting government officials and each of the nine companies listed in a leaked National Security Agency slideshow as participants in the government's PRISM program. According to the slideshow, the PRISM program allows government agents direct, real-time access to the servers of nine major tech companies, including AOL, Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, PalTalk, Skype, Yahoo! and YouTube.     READ ARTICLE
