MAN ARRESTED  HANDCUFFED AND INTERROGATED FOR 90 MINUTES AT AIRPORT FOR DISPLAYING THE CONSTITUTION (4TH AMENDMENT)  ON HIS CHEST AFTER TSA TRIED TO COERCE HIM INTO RADIATION SCANNER
The TSA authorities demanded to know “about his affiliation with, or knowledge of, any terrorist organizations, if he had been asked to do what he did by any third party, and what his intentions and goals were.”  After all, only a terrorist would display the constitution.  “Amendment 4: The right of the people to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated,” his chest  read. The University of Cincinnati student didn’t want to go through the advanced imaging technology X-ray machine. Instead, when it was his turn to be screened, he was going to opt for an intrusive pat-down. All charges were later dropped by a judge. He is now suing the TSA.

A TSA agent in Connecticut was charged with harassment after he posed as a cop by flashing his badge at a woman in an attempt to intimidate her into driving faster, an incident that highlights concerns about the TSA becoming a domestic security force. The fact that TSA agents like Donald Eichler think they are part of a federal law enforcement arm that can intimidate Americans into obedience even when they’re off-duty, like some kind of Gestapo storm trooper, is a damning indictment of the training that the federal agency is giving its employees, and a shocking warning of what kind of individuals are being hired by the TSA to staff their federal security takeover of America. The woman called police after off-duty TSA worker Donald Eichler, 63, began aggressively tailing her vehicle before flashing his TSA badge at her. The woman said she felt scared and intimidated by Eichler’s behavior, who was subsequently arrested and charged with driving a vehicle to harass or intimidate.
