HOW TWO THOUSAND COPS "MISSED THE BOAT" IN BOSTON
With thousands of cops from every corner of the country coming out of the woodwork to find the lone remaining Boston perpetrator, you would think they would have done a tad better. With the FBI,National Guard,Federal Marshals,Homeland Security,ATF, Boston Swat Team and probably the Boy Scouts they failed to find Bomber Boy inside just a 20 block area. Even with Blackhawk helicopters, night vision, inferred heat scanners bloodhounds and more tanks than D-Day they couldn't find a trace.These clowns dressed to kill and loaded for bear are a national embarrassment.Portrayed by the lamestream media as heroes they clearly weren't. Thirty minutes after the official all clear was given (lockdown lifted suspect not found in area) a Franklin St. homeowner called police about the possibility that someone could be be in his boat. These professional "heroes" rushed in and promptly unloaded their machine guns on the boat not knowing who was inside. It turned out, as reported days later, after they were labeled heroes, that the suspect was unarmed. They also reported he had tried to shoot himself in the head, but missed, instead shooting himself in the throat. Of coarse, this was done with the gun he did not have. It was also reported that having shot himself in the throat, a tracheotomy was necessary,leaving him with possible permanent loss of speech. How convenient. Residents and officials are expressing extreme skepticism about the police work. During the all-day manhunt, police never searched Franklin St. even though Franklin St. is only five blocks from where the previous nights shootout occurred and right in the middle of the 20 block search zone. This was a major tactical failure of the first order. You would think with all the best and brightest in law enforcement, not to mention the military, that this kind of horrendous mistake just could not happen. With a whole city locked down in Martial law along with tanks, blackhawk military helicopters, and thousands of battle ready goons. With people being shoved out of their homes at gunpoint. With people not allowed to return to their homes overnight. Tanks pointing machine guns at bedroom windows. People paraded naked down the street! All for naught. Wake up America, a Police State is not the answer to anything.
Authorities initially said Tsarnaev was found outside the 20-block area that was supposed to be subject to the most intensive part of the manhunt, including searches of the inside and outside of every house. Edward Davis, Boston’s police commissioner, last week said that in fact, the younger suspect had been found inside that zone.
“A lot of people’s lives were put in danger because someone in charge wasn’t doing his job,” said SueLund, 61, as she stood on the wide front porch of her Victorian house. “People could have been killed because after the lockdown ended everyone came streaming out of their houses and suddenly we were in a combat zone.”
Scrutiny of the Boston bombing case isn’t limited to the hunt for the suspects. The Obama administration and Congress are reviewing whether there was an intelligence failure (ya think). Officials want to know whether better information sharing among the FBI, CIA and the Homeland Security Department could have alerted them to the danger of the suspects, or at least helped identify them after the bombing, given that the older brother was on a U.S. terror watch list. Instead, the FBI released images captured at the marathon as it sought help from the public, sparking a 20- hour wave of violence and fear that gripped the greater Boston area. READ
