FLORIDIANS NOW HAVE POLICE STATE HOTLINE TO REPORT NEIGHBORS WHO SAY "BAD THINGS ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT"

A new $1 million dollar pilot program, led by Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw and funded by the Florida Legislature with you tax dollars, is aimed at “violence prevention” (ie.thought crime) and is encouraging Floridians to report their neighbors for making hateful comments about the government, a chilling reminder of how dissent is being characterized as an extremist threat. The plan is to use $1 million of taxpayer money to launch “prevention intervention” units featuring 'specially trained deputies', 'mental health professionals' and caseworkers. These intrepid teams will respond to calls from paranoid citizens 24 hours a day 365 days a year, day or night rain or shine. Upon receipt of a call, a team of armed riot police and mental health officials will jump in their tank, race to the culprits home, and follow up with a knock on the door of the suspected government hater! Those considered "hostile to authority" will be tagged as sufferers of "oppositional defiant disorder" and dealt with accordingly. The moral of this story is: NEVER,EVER OPEN THE DOOR TO UNINVITED POLICE!!! There is no law anywhere in the US that says you ever have to open your door to police without a warrant presented. There is no law in the US that says you have to converse with police under any circumstance, period. The reason there are no such laws is because of the 4th and 5th Amendments.Yes, The Bill OF Rights enacted on December 15, 1791 is ensure no future government could ever enact draconian laws that would destroy our basic freedoms through tyranny. Maybe Mr.Obama and his minions should review this document!
