FBI HAD PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF BOSTON BOMBERS PLUS WARNING FROM RUSSIA
Russia suspected Tsarnaeva of being a Chechen terrorist.
Russia asked to have the elder Tsarnaev checked out by FBI because of suspected ties to Chechen extremists.
The Russian government reached out to U.S. counterterrorism officials in 2011 and expressed concern that the elder brother might be planning to travel to their country to engage in terrorist activities. The FBI claims to have run a background check, running his name through all the relevant databases, including those of other agencies, checking on his communications and all of his overseas travel. These reports culminated in a sit-down interview where they probably asked him a lot of questions about his life, his contacts, his surroundings. All of this was then written in a report and sent to Russian authorities.

SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEPORTED AFTER ARREST IN 2009 FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Obama Administration Missed The Opportunity To Deport Tsarnaev
One of the Chechen terrorists who carried out the Boston Marathon bombings could have been deported years ago after a criminal arrest and/or conviction for domestic violence. The FBI admitted Friday they interviewed the now-deceased Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev two years ago and claimed they didn't find any incriminating information about him despite the warning from Russia that he had associations with known jihadists. Add to this the fact that he left the country for 6 months last year for parts unknown and was not kept track of (officially at least) leaves the imagination wide open. In light of the dubious track record of FBI efforts to indoctrinate would be radical Muslims on US soil for so-called sting operations, one can't help but wonder about their association with these radicals. Years before these Chechen terrorists carried out the Boston Marathon bombings Judicial Watch uncovered critical intelligence documents detailing al Qaeda’s activities in Chechnya, including the creation of a 1995 camp ordered by Osama bin Laden to train “international terrorists” to carry out plots against Americans and westerners.
