CORPORATE POLICE STATE SHIFTS INTO HIGH GEAR:

CONVICTED KILLER APPOINTED CHIEF OF POLICE
Like many third-world countries, Arkansas is a beautiful place inhabited by lovely people who are burdened with an extravagantly corrupt ruling class. This helps explain, but by no means does it justify, the fact that the town of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas now has a convicted murderer as its police chief.   READ
Judge  Sentenced to 28 Years in Prison for "Selling" 5000 Kids to Private Jails
Judge Mark Ciavarella sent juveniles to jail as part of a “kids for cash” scheme involving Robert Mericle, builder/owner of several privately owned prisons for juveniles in Pa. The judge was convicted in February of 12 counts that included racketeering, money laundering, mail fraud and tax evasion. Another judge, Michael T. Conahan, used his position to shut down the county-run juvenile detention center and redirect kids to the private prisons. He pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court concluded that they denied about 5,000 juveniles, some as young as ten, their constitutional rights, leading to the vacating of their convictions. Among the young people exploited by Ciavarella were 15-year-old Hillary Transue, who was sentenced to three months at a juvenile detention center for mocking an assistant principal on a MySpace page.  READ
Policing For Profit / Highway Robbery
Racketeering police stealing millions from motorists. Why? Because they can!  NewsChannel 5 has uncovered a brand new "policing for profit" case -- a case that resulted in a New York man losing a $160,000 on a Tennessee interstate. Even more startling, critics said, the case exposes a major loophole around a new law that's supposed to crack down on such abuses. Police video, obtained by NewsChannel 5 Investigates, shows how a businessman from New York lost the cash during a December 2011 traffic stop along I-40 in Dickson County TN. It's money that authorities would eventually be forced to return -- more than a year later. These parasites in uniforms get their funding by stealing honest hard working peoples money. NEVER CONSENT TO A VEHICLE SEARCH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!   READ
