ARRESTED AND ROBBED BY A DOG? SUPREME COURT SAY'S OK!
The Supreme Court on Tuesday made it relatively simple for police to search vehicles after a police pooch alerts to a smell ( or a subtle 'prompt ' from it's handler). Unfortunately the elitists who dominate the Supreme Court are clueless to the unfettered corruption perpetrated upon citizens of this country by police. (see video below) The decision in the closely watched case reversed a Florida Supreme Court decision that had made it tougher to admit evidence discovered by drug dogs. Two dozen states had urged the justices to reverse Florida’s top court, who said “ sniffer-dogs are one of the essential weapons in the states’ arsenal to find cash, contra ban, and of course aid the nations unending war on drugs. And lets not forget the most lucrative reason which is to seize your vehicle for their very own. The ruling stems from one of two cases testing drug-sniffing dogs that are on the high court’s docket this term. The other, in which an opinion is awaiting, concerns the novel question of whether judges may issue search warrants for private residences when a drug-sniffing dog outside the home reacts as if it smells drugs inside. This would mean cops could walk Fido from house to house until the mutt gets excited over something. This would be their so-called "probable cause to call in the swat team and break down your door. Since the dogs will alert on subtle cues from their masters, or police can simply lie about whether the dog "alerted" or not. What are you going to do? Ask the dog? Can the dog testify in court? It's become carte blanche for the cops to search whatever, whenever they wish and to hell with the Constitution and any rights we ever thought we had. In June 2012, three Nevada Highway Patrol officers filed suit against that state's Department of Public Safety Director, alleging that he destroyed the state's police dog program by training canines to be "trick ponies" and to falsely detect the presence of drugs on cues from handlers, thus allowing Highway Patrol troopers to conduct illegal searches of vehicles. The lawsuit also accuses the Director and other top Highway Patrol officers of violating the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations.
