CENTCOM SWEETHEART JILL KELLEY DINED AT WHITEHOUSE TWICE IN LAST 3 MONTHS
- The investigations of Petraeus’s and Allen’s actions have raised questions about how Jill Kelley, a woman with no formal military role, cultivated such close ties to two of the nation’s most revered generals -
WASHINGTON (AP) — An Obama administration official says Central Comand's  self appointed "Social Director" who was, "the other woman," in  the Internet catfight  which brought down a CIA director and a four star general, dined at the Whitehouse twice in the last three months along with her identical twin sister. The official says that Jill Kelley, who initiated an investigation that ultimately unveiled Petraeus’ extramarital affair, and her sister were treated to “courtesy” dinners at the Executive Mansion.The official spoke on condition of anonymity because those visitor records have not yet been made public. The official said the White House aide who hosted her met the Kelley family at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa which is only minutes from the foreclosed Kelley mansion. Kelley boasted about her White House visits in emails to acquaintances. In an email to a Tampa Bay Times reporter on Sept. 28, published by the newspaper, Kelley wrote: “Btw I was made the (honorary) Ambassador to US Central Command’s Coalition!” she told a Times reporter in a Sept. 28 email. “In addition to that, I was just recently appointed to be the Honorary Consulate General to South Korea! I’m in DC today — just left from breakfast at the White House. . . . I really hope to see you soon!” Days before the Petraeus scandal broke, Kelley emailed Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn: “I was at the WH with my friends in the Administration this weekend — the stress was surreal!” she wrote. “But glad POTUS has been reelected!”  The White House visits by Broadwell and Kelley illustrate the wide-ranging access both women enjoyed because of their ties with Petraeus, Gen. John Allen and others in the close-knit military community. Perhaps ex- CIA Director Petraeus  and soon to be ex-General Allen as well as the Whitehouse should take more care to do background checks on their so-called "Social Liaisons" in the future. Ms.Jill Kelley and her husband happen to be well over two million dollars in debt. They have numerous lawsuits pending, judgements against them and face foreclosure's on all their properties. It would seem to a prudent person that individuals  under this kind of financial pressure could be security risks and as it turned out she was. As this high level soap opera plays out you can bet dollars to doughnuts that this was all done for monetary gain.

- Jill Kelley, Woman Who Sparked Petraeus Scandal, Ran A Questionable Charity Going Beyond her hosting efforts, The Washington Post reports that, according to a military officer who served on Gen. Petraeus' staff, Kelley was a "'self-appointed' go-between for Central Command officers with Lebanese and other Middle Eastern government officials." -

In 2006, around the same time they started going broke the Kelley's started a charity called Doctor Kelley Cancer Foundation which took in $157,000 then was abruptly shut down after exactly one year. From the records, it appears that the charity fell far short of its mission. While the origins of the seed money used to start the charity in 2007 are unclear, financial records reviewed by The Huffington Post reveal that the group spent all of its money not on research, but on parties, entertainment, travel and attorney fees. By the end of 2007, the charity had gone bankrupt, having conveniently spent exactly the same amount of money, $157,284, as it started with, not a dollar more, according to its 990 financial form. Of that, $43,317 was billed as "Meals and Entertainment," $38,610 was assigned to "Travel," another $25,013 was spent on legal fees, and $8,822 went to "Automotive Expenses." The Kelleys also listed smaller expenses that appear excessive for a charity operating from a private home, including $12,807 for office expenses and supplies, and $7,854 on utilities and telephones.Jill Kelley's twin sister, Natalie Khawam, was listed as the only other officer of the charity. This past April, Natilie Khawam filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, listing more than $3.6 million in liabilities, including $53,000 owed to the Internal Revenue Service and $800,000 owed to her sister and brother-in-law.  String quartets, expensive cigars and lavish spreads were reportedly features of Kelley's hospitality. Now her role as a sort of one-woman USO has come under scrutiny with the revelation of her links to the scandal that has spurred Petraeus' resignation and started a second investigation into the conduct of another four star General Allen, that most likely will end his career.  Kelley has been a fixture at social and charity events involving Central Command officials in Tampa and that her life has often focused on the lavish galas she throws with her husband, Scott, a prominent surgeon in nearby Lakeland. Scott Kelley told grateful guests at various parties that he and his wife felt an obligation to share their good fortune by showing support for the military. Behind the glamour, though, the couple were racking up substantial debt. Banks have initiated foreclosure proceedings on two of their properties  including their six-bedroom home  and other creditors have sued them for tens of thousands of dollars in credit card debt, according to filings in Hillsborough County District Court.
