Florida police captain, and thirty year veteran, Juan de los Rios, 46, is charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under the age of 16 while on duty.  The charge is a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine, the station reported.
Authorities told NBC Miami that de los Rios told the girl to remove her pants and underwear so he could see if she had been having sex. The girl told investigators de los Rios "inspected" her with a flashlight and also demanded her to remove her blouse so he could check for bruising. One has to wonder how many other young girls have been intimidated  by this 300 pound dirtbag in a police uniform. In his thirty years of 'protecting and serving' you can be assured he has done this before and probably much worse. And the chances are this no good bastard will only get a slap on the wrist and be back on the street in some other jurisdiction before you can whistle Dixie.

Sick Cops Strip Searched  Her and "Forcibly" Pulled Tampon Out of Her for Rolling Through Stop Sign Resulting in a Lawsuit That Could Cost Taxpayers Millions
Having a gun pointed in your face, and then being strip searched on the side of the road in front of your two children, ages one and four, for rolling through a stop sign is just one more example of the Police State we have become. The only way to stop this is to require these  criminal cops to pay off the lawsuits themselves! Last July, Leila Tarantino was pulled over by an officer with the Citrus County Sheriff's Department. In the lawsuit, Tarantino says she came to a full stop and should have never been pulled over in the first place.  A passing cop pulled a u-turn, flashed the lights, and rolled up behind her. Tarantino claims that the cop immediately drew his weapon, pulled her from the car, and refused to explain why he pulled her over. Tarantino's two young children watched all of this unfold from inside her car. The cop then placed Tarantino in the back of the squad car, where she allegedly sat for two hours. When backup arrived, Tarantino was strip searched on the side of the road, where passing motorists could see everything.Then, in a gruesome twist, a female officer "forcibly removed" a tampon from Tarantino. Presumably, the cops were looking for drugs, but the lawsuit notes that a drug-sniffing dog was never called in, and cops never found any contraband or anything illegal. The lawsuit does not name the cops involved but notes that there were five male officers and one female officer. According to the court filing, cops released Tarantino with a citation.

LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- A former beauty queen Calenche Ranae Manos, a former Miss Nevada 2007, is suing the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department after police kicked down the wrong apartment door, pointed guns in her and her fiancee faces and watched as she got out of bed, naked.The officers then spent a "significant amount of time" in the apartment before they realized their mistake, according to the complaint. One of the officers  joked that she would have a good story to tell. Yea, to the judge presiding at the million dollar lawsuit.
