Flight Attendant Melts Down Berates Passengers and Challenges Them To: "Leave The Plane If You Have The Balls" screams Jos'e in broken english on an 'American Airlines' passenger jet!
The incident involving American Eagle flight attendant Jose Serrano was caught on video. Flight 4607 to Raleigh-Durham, N.C., was delayed for five hours on Monday. Port Authority police were called to the plane. American Airlines apologized for the incident. It said in a statement it did "not believe that the passengers' frustrations were always met with the level of service that we expect from our people."
The so-called flight attendant Jos'e Serrano was removed from the plane. Several families with children refused to fly and were finally let off .The flight was then cancelled. It's not enough that Americans have to endure the TSA with all thier child abuse,theft, elderly abuse, corruption and invasive stupidity. Now the flying public has to kowtow to ignorant airline employees who couldn't fill out a McDonalds application.
