OBAMA HAS  APPOINTED HIMSELF AS JUDGE,JURY AND EXECUTIONER. HIS LIST INCLUDES AMERICANS AND CHILDREN UNDER 18 AND THE KILLING OF WHOLE FAMILIES TO GET ONE "SUSPECT"
This is the same liberal law professor who campaigned against the Iraq war and torture, and now insists on approving every new name on his expanding “kill list,”. This secret “nominations” process is an invention of the Obama administration. In interviews with The New York Times, three dozen of his current and former advisers described Mr. Obama’s evolution since taking on the role, without precedent in presidential history, of personally ordering the killings. They describe a paradoxical leader who shunned the legislative deal-making required to close the detention facility at Guantánamo Bay in Cuba, but approves lethal action without hand-wringing. While he was adamant about narrowing the fight and improving relations with the Muslim world, he has followed the enemy into new and dangerous lands. When he applies his lawyering skills to counterterrorism, it is usually to enable, not constrain, his ferocious appetite for killing. Even when it came to killing an American cleric in Yemen, a decision that Obama told colleagues was “an easy one.”

Obama can now  order the  killing of an American citizen, in a country with which the United States is not at war, in secret and without the benefit of a trial without even knowing their name. The Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel prepared a lengthy memo justifying that extraordinary step, asserting that while the Fifth Amendment’s guarantee of due process applied, it could be satisfied by internal deliberations in the executive branch. How long will it be before the president starts secretly killing American citizens on American soil without knowing their name and without due process of any kind?
