Organic Food Raid Victims Stripped Of First Amendment Rights With Gag Order
The gag order is, of course, an effort by the California court system to try to quell the rising tidal wave of public outrage against the armed government raids against organic and raw food suppliers — a raid that many people who witnessed it described, in their own words, as “government terrorism” against the people. Under this gag order, these organic food distributors are prevented from:
• Speaking to any member of the press.• Tweeting or blogging about the raid.
• Posting anything on Facebook or websites.
• Sending emails about the case.
• Communicating in any way, verbally or non-verbally about the government raids conducted against them.
The government vandalized their store, stole their cash, destroyed their entire product inventory and took the computers with customer list. The owners (and "conspiring" farmers) are arrested at gunpoint and taken to jail without even being read their rights. And finally, to top it off, they are slapped with a gag order which prohibits them having their First Amendment rights so that they might defend themselves.
CODEX ALIMENTARIUS (Latin for "food book") is the UN funded WHO run group ultimately behind the worldwide drive to gradually eliminate/regulate whole foods,organics and nutritional supplements. It's run by the WHO with it's true ambitions cloaked in a shroud of lies and deceptive trickery. The controversy over the Codex Alimentarius relates to a perception that it is a mandatory standard for the safety of food, including vitamin and mineral supplements. In 1996 the German delegation put forward a proposal that no herb, vitamin or mineral should be sold for preventive or therapeutic reasons, and that supplements should be reclassified as drugs. The proposal was agreed, but protests halted its implementation. According to the Manifesto on the Future of Food, the Codex Alimentarius has "codified policies designed to serve the interest of global agribusiness above all others, while actively undermining the rights of farmers and consumers".
