Texas TSA Pat Down Ban May Be Back
Texas lawmakers may reconsider a bill to outlaw controversial airport pat-downs, said the sponsor of legislation that was shelved recently. The measure would make it a misdemeanor for TSA agents  to pat down travelers who did not have probable cause for suspicion. The penalty would be a $4,000 fine and one year in jail. If it is approved, it would be the first state law restricting TSA's security techniques.

Woman Screams For Help After Tsa Molestation

A Poor Choice!  Molested Or Microwaved!

Tiny Payout In TSA Breast Exposure Lawsuit
JUNE 1--The U.S. government paid a paltry $2350 to settle a lawsuit brought by a Texas woman who sued the Transportation Security Administration after her breasts were exposed during a vigorous frisking at a Texas airport, records show. In response to a Freedom of Information Act request, the Department of Justice released a copy of the settlement agreement reached earlier this year with Lynsie Murley, the 24-year-old Amarillo woman who sued the TSA for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress in connection with the May 2008 incident at the Corpus Christi airport. The employee, added that “he would just have to watch the video.” READ ENTIRE ARTICLE

Retarded Cop Gives10-year-old Boy A Ticket For Not Wearing Seat Belt Properly!
On his way home Tuesday from Elementary School, fourth-grader Marshall May, sitting in the passenger seat of the family minivan, was ticketed for not wearing his seat belt properly. Marshall was in the passenger seat when he decided to open the window for some air, he said. As he stretched, the seat belt slipped up toward his neck and shoulder area, he said. The cops said the boy wasn't properly wearing the belt because it wasn't covering the top of his chest when he reached for the window. But Marshall's aunt, who was driving, didn't receive a ticket. "I was really scared, I could tell you that," Marshall said Thursday. "I didn't know what to do. "He made me sign my signature, but I don't have a signature because I'm 10 years old." Instead, Marshall printed his full name.
