RIOT POLICE SWAT TEAMS AND FENCES AWAITED FREE SPEECH DANCERS AT JEFFERSON MEMORIAL ON SATURDAY Then federal police closed the area and forced about 300 free speech advocates to exit through a small opening in the barricades.  The federal  government spent thousands of taxpayers dollars and hundreds of man-hours  to corral peaceful citizens  inside a monument dedicated to freedom of expression and  celebration of liberty. After all this is a shrine to a founding father ,a genius, who said, "The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first." No arrests were made as were last week when five 'silent dancers' were brutalized by Federal brownshirts and slammed to the ground and chocked. Police are "investigating" whether officers were too aggressive in arresting the demonstrators a week earlier. Videos posted online show an officer with his hands around a protester's throat. A demonstrator is also shown being slammed to the ground. In their latest quest to liberate free speech, dozens of people gathered at the memorial at noon Saturday. Police allowed the demonstrators to enjoy their first amendment right for about 15 minutes before ordering them to leave single file through a small cattle chute type  exit in the fencing.This is all too reminiscent of the so-called 'Free Speech Zones' set up during political events and other venues. It seems to this writer that Thomas Jefferson would have considered the whole country a free speech zone! It's thuggery and an oxymoron to turn Free Speech into a "Zone". But, I guess that's what to expect in a country that's run mostly by thugs and morons. -wolfdog-
