National Emergency Cell Phone Alert System Set To Launch
NEW YORK, (CBSNewYork) – A new national alert system is set to begin in that will alert the public to emergencies via cell phones. Presidential emergency messages  would appear on cell phones. Verizon and AT&T, the nation’s largest cell phone carriers, are already on board. Consumers would be able to opt out of all but those presidential messages. CBS and the AP report today that next year the government will mandate that all new cell phones be required to have a chip that receives government propaganda and fear-mongering. Many smart phones already have technology easily commandeered by the state. Government propaganda will supersede all other calls.

Schumer Calls For Train Station Gestapo Zones
New York senator Charles Schumer is calling for "do not ride" lists for Amtrak similar to the no fly lists currently used in the nation’s airports. In November, DHS boss Janet Napolitano said naked body scanners would eventually find their way into all U.S. public transportation. “I think the tighter we get on aviation, we have to also be thinking now about going on to mass transit or to trains or maritime. So, what do we need to be doing to strengthen our protections there?” said Napolitano, indicating that naked body scanners and invasive pat downs will eventually become a necessity in order for Americans to use mass transit.

DHS ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF GESTAPO ZONES FROM
                AIRPORTS TO MALLS AND HOTELS
As predicted, Homeland Security and the national security
state officialdom are in the process of expanding the police state and citizen humiliation grid from airports to hotels and shopping malls. For bureaucrat Napolitano, the “common sense” of the American people means they will remain timid and apathetic. It means they will not protest and will tolerate going through porno-scanners and having goons stick their hands down their pants before they are allowed to shop at the local mall. Napolitano defended the ambiguity of the snoop program. She said citizens can figure out for themselves who to snoop on and report to the authorities.

Full-Body Scan Technology Deployed In Street-Roving Vans
Forbes - As the privacy controversy around full-body security scans begins to simmer, it’s worth noting that courthouses and airport security checkpoints aren’t the only places where backscatter x-ray vision is being deployed. The same technology, capable of seeing through clothes and walls, has also been rolling on U.S. streets. American Science & Engineering, a company based in Billerica, Massachusetts, has sold U.S. and foreign government agencies more than 500 backscatter x-ray scanners mounted in vans that can be driven past neighboring vehicles and buildings to see their contents, Joe Reiss, a vice president of marketing at the company told me in an interview. While the biggest buyer of AS&E’s machines over the last seven years has been the Department of Defense operations in Afghanistan and Iraq, Reiss says law enforcement agencies have also deployed the vans to search for vehicle-based bombs in the U.S.
